So ...

Why is it that I always think of nifty things to write in my blog, while I'm driving? Then I get a case of writing constipation when I actually sit down at the screen? Ugh.

Other questions I ponder today include the following:

Must I whine every time I blog?
When is the effin' sun gonna shine for longer than two hours?
How did I ever live before e-mail? (Answer: Probably much more calmly.)
Does anyone ever read this thing anyway?

Sigh.

Love,

Andy Rooney

Oh, I've been lurking ever since you posted a comment on my blog. :)

Funny ... I get ideas for blog posts when I'm away from the computer, too, and then I have to regurgitate them when I'm sitting here. Not always easy! You're not alone.

Hey Andy! Just wanted you to know that we are reading it. And AGREEING. Bad grammar and spelling drive me INSANEO. A few months ago I almost blew a gasket when I heard a TV news anchor say "... he would have went..." SERIOUSLY?!?!

Hi, Mom (er, Mr. Rooney).
Meg's write, we do rede your blog all the time. And don't let them there students get u down with their IMing and pore grammar. Your right, they R just lazy!

(Did I have you worried?) :)

Or maybe they are a little like me: sometimes my hands type much faster than I can think, so words just spill out, incorrect spellings and all.

Nah.

They really ARE lazy. There is just no excuse for mispelling "sure." I think some of those student-president types are so wrapped up in their extra-curriculars that they don't spend a whole lot of time practicing reading, writing and arithmatic. And God forbid they proof something they wrote. ;)

By the way, would you mind proofing this comment before you post it? Tee-hee

XOXO

Uh, there is no excuse for misspelling "misspelling." And it's "arithmetic," silly wabbit. C'mon, people! You can do this!

Ok. Gimme a break. Seriously. It was 11 p.m. when I wrote it. Plus, I asked you to proof it before you posted it!
